Aaron P. Graft
Vice Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Public Information Officer
Mr. Graft is the vice chairman, chief executive officer and public information officer of TBK Bank, SSB and the founder, vice chairman and chief executive officer of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: TBK). He serves as the chairman of Triumph Business Capital and Triumph Insurance Group, Inc. Mr. Graft also
serves as a director and as vice chairman of The Bank of the West of Thomas, Oklahoma.
Prior to establishing Triumph Bancorp, Inc., Mr. Graft served as the founder and president of Triumph Land and Capital Management, LLC, where he oversaw the management of several multi-family and commercial real estate projects in receivership and led the acquisition of multiple pools of distressed debt secured by multi-family projects. Prior to Triumph, Mr. Graft worked for Fulbright & Jaworski, LLP (now Norton Rose Fulbright LLP) where he focused on distressed loan workouts.
Mr. Graft has a long and ongoing involvement with charitable organizations, including serving on the Dallas committee of International Justice Mission. He has also championed Triumph’s participation in five well building trips to El Salvador with Living Water International and made multiple trips to Africa and
Mr. Graft received a Bachelor of Arts, Cum Laude, and a Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Baylor University. He is a member of Young Presidents’ Organization. He also serves on the Baylor University Hankamer School of Business Advisory Board. In 2017, Mr. Graft received the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® Award in the Business & Financial Services category in the Southwest Region and the Baylor University 2017 Young Alumnus of the Year. In 2014, he was recognized by the Dallas Business Journal with the “40 Under 40” award. He and his wife Kimberly have three children and reside in Dallas, Texas.
R. Bryce Fowler
President and Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Fowler is the president and chief financial officer of TBK Bank, SSB and the executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: TBK). He previously served as member of the board, chief executive officer, president and public information officer under Triumph’s former name, Equity Bank, SSB. He joined Equity Bank, SSB in 2008 to lead the effort to stabilize its financial condition, leading to its sale to Triumph in November 2010. Mr. Fowler’s career includes fifteen years with Bluebonnet Savings Bank, SSB. where also served as director, president and chief financial officer. Bluebonnet Savings Bank, FSB, was a $3+ billion Southwest Plan institution formed from the acquisition of fifteen failed institutions in 1988. He was a member of the executive committee that led Bluebonnet through the acquisition and consolidation of these institutions, implemented and managed the government assistance agreement, expanded its statewide lending operations to be national in scope, and was one of the principal architects in the development and implementation of Bluebonnet’s transition from a community bank franchise to a wholesale institution focused primarily in MBS investment strategies. Subsequent to the planned liquidation of Bluebonnet, Mr. Fowler was a partner in Cyma Fund Advisors, which managed a $100 million capital investment in an $800 million leveraged mortgage-backed securities portfolio for two years. Mr. Fowler began his career in 1980 in public accounting as an auditor for David, Kinard & Company responsible primarily for financial institution clients, subsequently serving five years for Commodore Savings Association responsible for finance and accounting.
Mr. Fowler received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas – Arlington and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas (license inactive).
President, Retail Banking & Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Lehmann is president, retail banking & chief operating officer of TBK Bank, SSB and executive vice president and secretary of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: TBK). She previously served as executive vice president, chief operating officer, chief information officer and secretary under Triumph’s former name, Equity Bank, SSB. Prior to that, Ms. Lehmann served as corporate compliance officer and senior vice president of risk management for Bluebonnet Savings Bank, FSB, a $3+ billion wholesale thrift. Ms. Lehmann has been in the banking industry for over 35 years, having worked at community banks, an
international bank and several multi-bank holding companies ranging in size up to $5.3 billion. She has experience in all facets of banking operations having held positions in virtually all areas of bank operations with particular emphasis on regulatory compliance, enterprise risk management, information technology and venture capital environments. Additionally, Ms. Lehmann has extensive experience in the area of property management.
Ms. Lehmann received a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration/Political Science and Criminal Justice, from the University of Illinois.
Executive Vice President, General Counsel
Mr. Nelson joined Triumph in 2013 and serves as executive vice president, general counsel of TBK Bank, SSB and executive vice president, general counsel of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: TBK).
Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Nelson served as vice president and deputy general counsel of ACE Cash Express, Inc., a financial services retailer. Prior to ACE, Mr. Nelson was an attorney with the firm of Weil Gotshal & Manges, LLP, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, management led buyouts, and
private equity transactions.
Mr. Nelson received a Bachelor of Arts, Magna Cum Laude, in Economics from Baylor University and a Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, from Harvard Law School. He is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS).
Executive Vice President, Chief Lending Officer
Mr. Ritterbusch serves as Chief Lending Officer of TBK Bank, SSB. Prior to joining the bank, he served in a variety of leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase across the commercial banking and business banking lines of business. Most recently, Ritterbusch was managing director and market executive in JPMorgan Chase’s commercial bank, where he led a team of commercial bankers serving middle market clients in Fort Worth, Arlington and several cities in West Texas. Mr. Ritterbusch began his career at IBM Corporation and also served as an engagement manager for McKinsey & Company with clients in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan and Singapore.
Mr. Ritterbusch earned a Bachelor of Science with distinction in interdisciplinary engineering from Purdue University. He received a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master of Engineering Management from the McCormick School of Engineering at Northwestern University. Mr. Ritterbusch serves on the boards of Cook Children’s Healthcare Foundation, Cook Children’s Health Plan and Leadership ISD. He maintains series 24, 79 and 63 securities licenses.
Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer
Mr. Smith is the chief credit officer of TBK Bank, SSB and oversees credit underwriting, loan approval, credit monitoring, credit policy development and implementation, and other functions. Prior to joining Triumph, Mr. Smith served as senior vice president at Texas Capital Bank, N.A., as a member of the private wealth advisors team. Before that Mr. Smith served as senior vice president and chief lending officer at NexBank, SSB and led a credit analyst team at CSG Investments, Inc., an affiliate of Beal Bank.
Mr. Smith earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in accounting from Texas A&M University. Additionally, he earned his MBA from Duke University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
Executive Vice President, Controller
Ms. Pittman serves as the executive vice president, controller of TBK Bank, SSB since 2012. She previously served as executive vice president and chief financial officers under Triumph’s former name, Equity Bank, SSB. In her current role, Ms. Pittman manages the divisional reporting, consolidated financial and call
reporting functions and accounting for mergers and acquisitions for the bank and its subsidiaries with consolidated assets of $383 million. She also manages the regulatory, tax and financial reporting of three bank holding companies with consolidated assets of $1.3 million. Prior to that, she served as vice president of treasury for Lanelogic, Inc. (CarOffer), where she was responsible for the management of the companies accounting, finance and cash management functions, as well as human resources. Ms. Pittman also served as controller for Cyma Fund Advisors, an investment fund with $100 million of capital under management with a $1.3 billion leverage investment portfolio. Her banking experience also includes 15 years with Bluebonnet Savings, FSB ($3.2 billion in assets), where her responsibilities included management of the accounting and back office operations in support of investment portfolio, funding and hedging activities. She has direct experience in preparation of interest rate risk measurements, financial forecasts and budgets, cash management, wholesale funding and reporting for the Board of Directors.
Ms. Pittman received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas – Arlington . She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
President, Midwest Division
Mr. DeDoncker serves as the president of the Midwest division for TBK Bank, SSB. He joined TBK Bank in 2013 with the acquisition of THE National Bank where he had served as president and chief executive officer since 2005. Prior to that, he served as president and chief operating officer of THE National Bank from its formation in 2001. Mr. DeDoncker spent 12 years with the Quad-Cities law firm, Lane & Waterman, as an associate attorney from 1988 through 1993 and as a partner from 1994 through 2000. His practice was primarily concentrated on representing corporations, including banks and bank
holding companies. Mr. DeDoncker currently serves on the Board of Directors of TBK Bank, SSB and on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Executive Loan Committee, Asset and Liability Committee, Trust Committee and Special Assets Committee. Outside of the bank, he serves on the Quad Cities Chamber Board’s Executive Committee and as Treasurer, in addition to various other non-profit board positions.
Mr. DeDoncker received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law.
President, Mountain Division and Chief Credit Officer, Community Banking
Mark Daigle is President, Mountain Division for TBK Bank. He is responsible for market leadership with a primary focus on the lending efforts of the bank’s Mountain Division, which consists of agribusiness, commercial, real estate, and consumer loans across its primary community markets in Southwestern Colorado and New Mexico. In his role as Chief Credit Officer, Community Bank, Mr. Daigle is responsible for oversight of credit underwriting, loan approval, credit monitoring, and problem loan administration for the community bank. He joined the bank through the acquisition of The First National Bank of Durango in September of 2018.
Daigle has over 33 years of banking experience including corporate and commercial lending, private banking, retail banking credit administration, and bank acquisitions. Prior to joining TBK, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The First National Bank of Durango with full balance sheet, P&L, and operational responsibility. Prior to that, Daigle served in various capacities with Colonial Bank including Regional Chief Credit Officer in Florida, Texas and Nevada and as President and Chief Executive officer of Colonial’s Nevada Region. Daigle began his career with SunTrust Bank in Florida where he gained experience in corporate and commercial lending and private banking.
Daigle received a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a minor in Economics, Cum Laude, from the Else School of Management at Millsaps College.
President, Western Division
Mr. Pattison is President, Western Division for TBK Bank. He is responsible for market leadership with a primary focus on the lending efforts of the bank’s Western Division, which consists of agribusiness, commercial, real estate, and consumer loans across its primary community markets in Colorado and Kansas. He joined the bank in early 2017 as the Executive Vice President, Senior Lending Officer – Western Division.
Prior to joining TBK Bank, Mr. Pattison served four years as President and Chief Executive Officer of Northstar Bank in Denver, Colorado. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Commerce Bank from 2009 to 2013 and as President of KeyBank from 2006 to 2009. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pattison worked at BBVA Compass and US Bank in Denver, and Presidential Savings Bank in Washington, DC. Stuart serves on the Colorado History Day board as Chair, the Executive Board of Colorado Bankers Association, the Denver Rescue Mission, the Colorado Sports Commission Board, the Green and Gold CSU Business School Foundation board, and spends time volunteering in the Denver Metro area.
Mr. Pattison received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Marketing from Old Dominion University and his Master of Finance, Business Administration from Colorado State University.
Stephen D. Grossi
Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resource Officer
Mr. Grossi is the Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for TBK Bank. He came to TBK Bank in 2019 from BOK Financial where he created and executed a transformative company-wide people and human resources strategy that was recognized within the industry. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Vice President with PNC Financial Services where he led human resource efforts related to large acquisitions and realignments, workforce planning, organizational change, compensation and benefits, as well as talent acquisition and development. Mr. Grossi joined PNC with its acquisition of National City Bank in 2008, where he was the human resource business partner for mortgage, finance and corporate operations information services. Prior to joining National City in December 2002, Mr. Grossi owned Capital Consultants, an HR consulting firm that specialized in the design of human capital strategies that link to and drive business results.
Mr. Grossi received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Glenville State College.
Kenyon A. Warren
Senior Vice President, Retail Sales and Community Outreach
Mr. Warren joined TBK Bank, SSB in 2017 and now serves as senior vice president, retail sales and community outreach. Prior to joining TBK Bank, Mr. Warren served as executive vice president, regional retail sales executive and consumer segment executive for BBVA Compass in Dallas. He held various roles over 7 years at BBVA Compass including executive vice president, director of mass affluent segment and senior vice president, business segment executive/sales productivity executive. Earlier in his career, Mr. Warren worked at Chase Bank from 2003 to 2010 and Bank One from 1997 to 2003.
Mr. Warren received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kenyon College and his Master of Management, Management & Strategy from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
