Jamie Paterson

Jamie Paterson serves as Chief Operating Officer – Banking Operations for TBK Bank, SSB. He is responsible for providing direction and oversight of all operational functions within the retail bank, including digital banking, customer service, compliance, risk management, fraud mitigation, products and services, deposit operations and project management. 

Mr. Paterson joined TBK Bank in 2024 with more than 20 years of banking experience. Throughout his career he served in various leadership roles at Bank of Scotland and Barclays across consumer and business banking lines of business globally. Most recently, Mr. Paterson was President and CEO in of Barclays Services, where he set the vision and strategy to lead the bank’s operations transformations for Barclays US Consumer Bank.

Mr. Paterson earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in law from Napier University, Edinburgh. He also served as Executive Sponsor of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Operations and on The Americas Citizenship Council at Barclays.
