What We Do to Protect You

Our team members are trained to handle sensitive information with care for privacy and security. TBK Bank will not call, text, or email asking for passwords, one-time verification codes, or online banking credentials. Never give out your credentials, card number, security code or access key.

Account Protection:

  • Fraud Protection – We monitor for suspicious card activity and investigate reported unauthorized transactions. Customer protections may vary based on the circumstances and applicable laws and account agreements.
  • Card Controls and Alerts – Lock and unlock your debit or credit card, setup alerts, and control how and where your card can be used.

Enhanced Login Security:

When logging in from a different or new computer or device, we authenticate your login using Two Factor Authentication (2FA) for added protection via text or phone using a verification code. We also provide secure biometric sign in using fingerprint or facial ID.
