Park Central Branch Sweepstakes Drawing Terms
Eligibility / How to Enter. No purchase necessary. To enter this Sweepstakes, you must visit the TBK Bank, SSB Park Central branch located at 12700 Park Central Drive, Suite 160, Dallas, TX 75251 and fill out an entry slip or you may mail us a written request to enter, including your name, address, mailing address, email address, and phone number at TBK Bank, SSB, 12700 Park Central, Suite 160, Dallas, TX 75251 during within the Drawing Applicability Window. You will only be entered for the Drawing by visiting or send us a written request to enter during the applicable Drawing Applicability Window for such Drawing. This Sweepstakes is open to anyone over the age of 18 except for government employees, including employees of public education institutions, employees of TBK Bank, SSB, any person working directly on this program, exhibitors, sponsors of the Event, their support personnel and the respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate families of each (parent, sibling, spouse, child, or household member). Limit one (1) entry per person.
Odds of Winning / Winner Selection / Prizes. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. In accordance with the Drawing and Prize Schedule in the table below, there will be one winner for the drawing. Your entry must be received during the Drawing Applicability Window for such Drawing set forth below.

Winner Notification. You have not yet won any prize. A winner will be selected on or around the Drawing Date and will be notified via email or regular mail within 15 days after the event. If you are a winner, your prize will be shipped to your local branch for pickup. Please allow six (6) – eight (8) weeks for shipment of your prize. Limit one (1) prize per person.
General Terms & Conditions. Taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize permitted, except that TBK Bank, SSB reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event the offered prize is unavailable. Prize winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release or W-8 BEN form within ten (10) days of notification. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release or W-8 BEN form, the selected winner will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be selected. In the event of a dispute all decisions of TBK Bank, SSB are final. By entering, participants release and hold harmless TBK Bank, SSB, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this sweepstakes or the use of any prize won. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for TBK Bank, SSB to use winner’s names and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. You may opt-out of having your name and likeness used for advertising and promotional purposed by making a request in writing to TBK Bank, SSB within seven (7) days of being notified that you are a winner. By entering this Sweepstakes, you signify your acceptance of these Official Rules.
Winners List. For a list of winners, please send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: TBK Bank, SSB, 12700 Park Central, Suite 160, Dallas, TX 75251. Requests received after May 31, 2024 will not be fulfilled.
