Brandy Young

Brandy Young serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, Retail Banking for TBK Bank, SSB. She served as head of Banking Operations at TBK Bank for more than six years, during which she oversaw five acquisitions and has continued to support the ongoing strategic initiatives of the Bank. In her current role at TBK Bank, she is responsible for leading deposit and branch operations, retail BSA and compliance, product development, debit card services, digital solutions, enterprise fraud management, and TBK Bank Customer Care.

Ms. Young has over 20 years of financial services and banking experience. Prior to joining TBK Bank, Ms. Young worked for a community bank in East Texas as the SVP of Bank Operations where she led deposit operations, treasury management and information technology.

Ms. Young holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and is a graduate of the Bank Operations Institute. She has three professional certifications from the prestigious Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA). Ms. Young is also a former board member of EPay Resources.
