COVID-19 RESOURCE CENTER

We’re Here To Help

Ensuring the health and safety of our customers, team members and the communities we serve is our top priority.  We continue to actively monitor the COVID-19 situation from the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure we are able to act on the latest information and guidelines. Rest assured, we continue to ensure you have access to your accounts and banking services. We also want to remind you of the many alternative ways we can serve your banking needs during this time.

If you have been negatively impacted by the coronavirus and need assistance with your loan or deposit account please contact Customer Care at 866-644-3935 to talk with a TBK Bank representative.

You can also find out how we are providing financial assistance to our personal and business customers by reviewing the Customer Relief Efforts tab below.  This includes our participation in the CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act), including Customer and Community Relief Efforts and the SBA Paycheck Participation Program.

With the recent passage of the CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act), we want you to know that TBK Bank is quickly working to understand how we can further support our personal and business customers. As more details of the Act are announced we will provide additional updates.

Personal Banking Customers

TBK Bank is committed to helping our customers and communities in this time of need.  If you have been negatively impacted by the coronavirus and need assistance with your  deposit account please contact Customer Care at 866-644-3935 to talk with a TBK Bank representative.

Increased Daily Deposit Limits for ATMs and Mobile Deposits

  • We have increased our ATM daily deposit limit from $5,000 to $7,500 for both personal and business customers.
  • We have increased our mobile deposit daily dollar amount, monthly dollar amount and item count.

Government Issued Stimulus Checks

We will also be available to cash government issued stimulus checks for both customers and non-customers who have two forms of valid identification.

We continue to review how we can best serve our customers and communities during this time and will continue to provide you updates as this situation evolves.

If you filed your taxes electronically in 2018 or 2019 you may have the opportunity to ACH deposit your stimulus check directly into your TBK Bank Account, please make sure you use the correct routing number: 111909579.

Additionally if you receive a physical stimulus check you can use mobile deposit in the TBK Bank Mobile App to deposit your check directly into your account and avoid going to a drive thru.

Many customers have begun to receive stimulus payments via direct deposit to their TBK Bank accounts. To track your Economic Impact Payment, visit www.irs.gov/coronavirus/economic-impact-payments, or check your balances in the TBK Bank Mobile App or Online Banking.

For more information on the government stimulus check program and eligibility visit www.irs.gov/coronavirus

TBK Bank stands for helping those in the communities we serve thrive – both in good times and bad times. We take this responsibility seriously and believe serving our customers, communities and those who need us the most right now should be our number one priority. I wanted to let you know about some of the things we are doing to help minimize the impact COVID-19 has on you, our team members and our communities.

Your Health and Safety
Like many companies, we have already limited team member travel, postponed large events and require our team members to stay home if they aren’t feeling well. We have expanded our flexible leave policies to allow them the time they need to take care of themselves and their family members.

We continue to provide access and service to our customers. Our branch drive-thrus will remain open while the majority of our branch lobbies are closed. While we enjoy seeing our customers in our branches, we have taken this precaution for the health of our customers and team members, and in accordance with CDC guidelines and recommendations. We also offer a number of ways you can bank with us without leaving your home.

We’re Here to Help
If you’ve been financially impacted by COVID-19 and need help, we have customized services and solutions available. We are also providing insights and resources to help you protect you from fraud, cybersecurity risk and protecting your privacy.

We encourage you to review the information below for the latest updates on how we are responding to COVID-19. We will also continue to share information on social media and in email, as appropriate.

Finally, thank you for your business and the faith you have placed in us as your financial provider. We are committed to getting through this together.

We will get through this!
