With the recent passage of the CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act), we want you to know that TBK Bank is quickly working to understand how we can further support our personal and business customers. As more details of the Act are announced we will provide additional updates.

Personal Banking Customers

TBK Bank is committed to helping our customers and communities in this time of need.  If you have been negatively impacted by the coronavirus and need assistance with your  deposit account please contact Customer Care at 866-644-3935 to talk with a TBK Bank representative.

Increased Daily Deposit Limits for ATMs and Mobile Deposits

  • We have increased our ATM daily deposit limit from $5,000 to $7,500 for both personal and business customers.
  • We have increased our mobile deposit daily dollar amount, monthly dollar amount and item count.

Government Issued Stimulus Checks

We will also be available to cash government issued stimulus checks for both customers and non-customers who have two forms of valid identification.

We continue to review how we can best serve our customers and communities during this time and will continue to provide you updates as this situation evolves.

If you filed your taxes electronically in 2018 or 2019 you may have the opportunity to ACH deposit your stimulus check directly into your TBK Bank Account, please make sure you use the correct routing number: 111909579.

Additionally if you receive a physical stimulus check you can use mobile deposit in the TBK Bank Mobile App to deposit your check directly into your account and avoid going to a drive thru.

Many customers have begun to receive stimulus payments via direct deposit to their TBK Bank accounts. To track your Economic Impact Payment, visit, or check your balances in the TBK Bank Mobile App or Online Banking.

Business and Commercial Banking Customers

Paycheck Protection Program.

In order to assure we are able to process all of our current PPP applications, TBK Bank will stop accepting new PPP applications at 6:00 PM CST on August 6, 2020.

To date, we are proud to have been able to help over 2,000 local small businesses receive a total of $227 million in funding in the communities we serve.

If TBK Bank has already processed a PPP loan for your small business, we will be reaching out in the upcoming months to complete your forgiveness application.  Thank you for your patience as we await further guidance from the SBA.
