Ensuring Health And Safety Remain A Top Priority

Ensuring the health and safety of our customers, team members and the communities we serve is our top priority. We continue to actively monitor the COVID-19 situation from the Center of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to ensure we are able to act on the latest information and guidelines. Rest assured, we continue to ensure you have access to your accounts and banking services. We also want to remind you of the many alternative ways we can serve your banking needs during this time.

If you have been negatively impacted by the coronavirus and need assistance with your loan or deposit account please contact Customer Care at 866-644-3935 to talk with a TBK Bank representative.

You can also find out how we are providing financial assistance to our personal and business customers by reviewing the Customer Relief Efforts tab below. This includes our participation in the CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act), including Customer and Community Relief Efforts, the SBA Paycheck Participation program and Main Street Lending program.

Customer and Community Relief Efforts

With the recent passage of the CARES Act (Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act), we want you to know that TBK Bank is quickly working to understand how we can further support our personal and business customers. As more details of the Act are announced we will provide additional updates.

Personal Banking Customers

TBK Bank is committed to helping our customers and communities in this time of need. If you have been negatively impacted by the coronavirus and need assistance with your deposit account please contact Customer Care at 866-644-3935 to talk with a TBK Bank representative.

    item count.

Government Issued Stimulus Checks

We are available to cash government issued stimulus checks for both customers and non-customers who have two forms of valid identification.

We continue to review how we can best serve our customers and communities during this time and will continue to provide you updates as this situation evolves.

If you filed your taxes electronically in 2018 or 2019 you may have the opportunity to ACH deposit your stimulus check directly into your TBK Bank Account, please make sure you use the correct routing number: 111909579.

Additionally if you receive a physical stimulus check you can use mobile deposit in the TBK Bank Mobile App to deposit your check directly into your account and avoid going to a drive thru.

Many customers have begun to receive stimulus payments via direct deposit to their TBK Bank accounts. To track your Economic Impact Payment, visit:

Paycheck Protection Program

Updated 12/22/2020

To date, we are proud to have been able to help over 2,000 local small businesses receive a total of $227 million in funding in the communities we serve.

On December 21, 2020 Congress passed a new $900 billion coronavirus relief package. President Trump is expected to sign the bill into law shortly. TBK Bank is evaluating the effects of this bill as it relates to our restarting our Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) origination program and the implications for our customers.

Among other things, the bill includes several provisions, including:

  • $284 billion in new funds for the Paycheck Protection Program, which will allow for first time applicants and includes a second draw option for prior PPP borrowers if they demonstrate at least a 25% reduction in gross receipts.
  • Borrowers in the Accommodations and Food Services industries (NAICS Code 72) may receive loans up to 3.5X average monthly payroll costs, all other industries will be at the original 2.5X monthly payroll costs calculation.
  • A simplified PPP forgiveness process allowing PPP loans of $150,000 or less to be forgiven after the borrower completes a one-page attestation
  • Enhancements of existing SBA loan programs, including the 7(a), 504, and microloan programs
  • A new round of $600-per-person Economic Impact Payments for eligible recipients
  • An extension until January 1, 2022, of the troubled debt restructuring provisions that were included in the CARES Act
  • PPP program is set to expire on March 31, 2021

Additional information will be posted to this website when available.

If TBK Bank has already processed a PPP loan for your small business, we will be reaching out in the upcoming months to complete your forgiveness application. Thank you for your patience as we await further guidance from the SBA.

If you have any questions or are looking for additional assistance options please contact your TBK Bank Relationship Manager.

The content on this page does not reflect any changes that could result from rules and regulations, as well as related guidance regarding the Paycheck Protection Program Flexibility Act of 2020 (PPPFA), which was signed into law on June 5, 2020. We expect additional guidance from the SBA prior to lenders implementing changes related to the PPPFA. In the event of any discrepancies between the information on this site and the SBA’s site, please follow official SBA guidance.
